Educate. Engage. Empower.
As a proud member of the Youth Leaders Collaboration for Global Health (YLCGH) Nepal, She is committed to advancing community health through education, advocacy and action. YLCGH is a dynamic platform that brings together young change makers committed to transforming public health at the grassroots level. Representing a generation that believes in solutions, She work alongside passionate youth leaders to address public health challenges.
She believe health is more than clinical care, it is about education, behavior, equity and community participation. That belief has driven her involvement in health camps, interactive awareness sessions and local advocacy efforts, helping bridge the gap between health knowledge and practice. As a youth health advocate, Hritika have actively contributed to school and community-based programs. Each project, whether big or small, is a step toward reducing preventable illness and promoting well-being for all. From organizing interactive sessions to facilitating outreach projects, She’ve witnessed how informed youth can uplift entire communities. Our sessions aim to not only inform but inspire behavior change, especially among children and adolescents, who are the true agents of future health resilience. She strongly believe empowering one youth with knowledge can transform an entire community.
Through YLCGH, She have had the opportunity to lead and participate in awareness programs and coordinate interactive outreach events and She’ve seen how empowering one community can create ripple effects of impact. Working alongside passionate peers and mentors, She’ve come to see that leadership in health is not about titles, it’s about action. Whether it’s conducting awareness programs in rural schools, supporting health camps, or engaging youth through workshops, my focus has always been on empowering others with knowledge. YLCGH provides an inclusive space where we learn, lead and collaborate. Here, ideas become actions and small interventions lead to meaningful change. We believe that public health begins with local voices and through our collective efforts, we are shaping Nepal, that is more aware, healthier and stronger.
Together, we are building a healthier Nepal — one initiative, one youth leader at a time. Hritika is proud to be part of a generation that doesn’t wait to act but leads with compassion and courage. Being part of YLCGH has strengthened her resolve to pursue a future in health leadership, rooted in compassion, evidence, and service. YLCGH is more than an organization — it is a movement driven by commitment, compassion and courage.
